Our castle, situated in the Loiret, near Sologne, offers everything you need to organize an event that lives up to your expectations and corresponds to your image. All that in a historical place only a 20 minute-drive from Orléans!

Just as with the tour of the castle, the keyword is freedom! The team of the castle really wants for the guests to make the estate their own during their event.

The Château team is really keen on ensuring that the reception rooms are fully private. The idea is to allow you to experience your event in complete freedom, as if you were at home, for a few hours or during a whole weekend.

The areas have undeniable assets for the success of your event:

each one of them is entirely privatized from the beginning to the end of the rental, whether it be for you or the service providers that help you with the organization;
No corkage is applied, you can bring your bottles without any additional cost;
Our rooms are accessible by car, since you only need a 20-minute drive from Orléans to get there;
The train station de la Ferté Saint Aubin is only a 20-minute walk away: you can reach Orléans’s station by train in only 15 minutes and Bourges in less than an hour.

The Orangerie

The Orangerie is the biggest reception room on the castle’s estate. Situated in the main courtyard, it is worthy of the greatest Loire Châteaux. Characterized by its splendid French-style ceiling, it offers the following services:

A 232m2 floor area;
A 30m2 mezzanine;
A shaded outdoor cocktail area that is protected by a nomad tent;
An area for the caterer with connections, a large fridge, a sink and two stainless steel tables;
2 little 18th century living rooms;
A changing room;
Bathroom facilities for men and women.

You will be able to accomodate 230 guests seated (conference or dinner) or up to 384 guests standing (cocktail).

Extend your event: sleep at the castle!

Did you know that most of our room rental packages include the possibility to sleep on site? The Château de la Ferté Saint Aubin can accommodate up to 57 people in our 4 group gîtes accessible on the estate. In the courtyard of the castle, the Pavillon des Cerfs and the Orangerie face the majestic façade of the Château de la Ferté Saint Aubin.
