SCHOOL GROUPS

We adapt our visits to the age of the children. The latter are centered on castle life in the 17th and 18th centuries. For the youngest, the main objective is to make them integrate an additional vocabulary. You can contact us ahead of your visit if you would like us to emphasize certain aspects of your history program.

For children under 10, a free guide for 5 children.

For children over 10, a free guide for 10 children.

It's a place like no other place. Unexpected experience with great surprises and beauty. It's a great surprise by all means. Much thanks to the owner for his special care.

Not the typical castle to visit in the area. There's not a massive amount of rooms you'll visit and it's still in the process of being repaired. However you'll find rooms that look exactly like they did in the 19th century, games everywhere, shows and activities going on in many a spot. A perfect visit for children and adults alike!

Fantastic family day out. Beautiful small chateau and activities for all ages. Even my teenagers enjoyed the vintage games in the stable block.

We travel in Europe with our dogs, it was a hot day when we visited, so couldn't leave them in the car. Would have like to have paid to have just seen the garden, but there was no option for that. The lady did say I could tie them up outside the chateau while we had a look, but I know they would have barked and ruined other people's experience. Beautiful chateau that we have passed many times, sad we didn't get to enjoy it. X

My visit was for "Noël au Château" with a circus and a magician, this was good for the kids. Santa Claus was hidden in the castle.

Fantastic family day out. We all loved the Poison Game in the garden, especially my sons (4 + 7), although some of it was hard for the little one. Worth paying the extra for this. The games were top as well, a huge variety from wooden versions of board games through to archery and mini golf. Plus a decadent chateau (or more correctly a country house which is still lived in) which never felt stuffy and has been beautifully restored. Really good value. Mind the geese in the car park don't try to eat your lunch!
